We provide a wide range of maintenance and overhaul services from our in-house maintenance facilities and workshops. During the past 20 years we have built up an excellent reputation for producing quality, cost-effective work on a wide range of aircraft and power plants. By utilising our core of specialised engineers we are highly skilled at assessing and designing cost-effective solutions which can be carried out within a short time frame, to the highest safety standards.
As we are also a network airline service operator, we have first-hand understanding of the problems facing our clients; as such we realise the importance of ensuring your aircraft is back in service as quickly as possible.
Line Maintenance
We perform line maintenance on a wide variety of aircraft platforms.
Our capabilities include:

- LRU component replacements
- minor repairs
- modifications
Base Maintenance
We specialise in base maintenance on King Air and Dornier series aircraft.
This includes:
- heavy checks
- scheduled maintenance
- modifications
- AD and SB implementation
- complete overhaul
- restorations
- sheet metal work
- structural inspections

Landing gear
We have an extensive capability list of various component overhauls. This means we can carry out repairs and overhauls on landing gears for the following aircraft:
- Dornier 328 TP
- Dornier 328 JET series
- Jetstream 31/32
We also carry out repairs and overhauls on wheels and brakes.

Starter generator
Our workshops specialise in starter generator maintenance and overhaul. With component parts in stock, we can repair and review your start generators internally.

Engine
Premium Service Provider
We have vast experience working with Pratt & Whitney, the global aerospace manufacturer, to ensure we uphold our accolade as Europe’s premium service provider in the field.
Our services with Pratt & Whitney Canada include our Mobile Response Team (MRT) on PW100, PT6A and JT15 engines. Post Rental Inspection(PRI) services are provided on the PW100 Series.

NDT
NDT inspections are carried out with the following methods:
- Magnetic Particle Inspection
- Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection
- Dye Penetrant Inspection
- Eddy Current Inspection
Personnel qualification and certification is in accordance with EN 4179. We offer NDT inspections at our service workshop or can service your aircraft at a location convenient to you.
